The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and filling, and the pool was nice to relax in. The hotel had a free shuttle service to the nearby city center, which was helpful for getting around.

The location of the hotel was quite far from the main city center, making it difficult to explore the area. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

It was in general a great experience. The hotel was really close to Pattaya train station. I used free parking on-site. Location, a short walk to all attractions.

Although there was some confusion about the actual type of room we were to stay in (what we booked on line was different from what we were shown on arrival), this all was eventually all sorted. We chose Serene Sands as it was close to friends we had in the area. Even though some way out of Pattaya central, it was the perfect location for us - but we did have a car at our disposal every day. The breakfast times between 8.30 and 10.30 was appreciated, and our room was 'made up' every day with no fuss. Small requests were always accomodated where possible and the use of the pool, spa, pool table etc was hasstle free. It's a small, quiet hotel with a friendly staff - perfect for a break from the very busy job with long hours that I have.

The pool area was small and overcrowded, and the food offered at the hotel was sub-par. the lack of quality options and amenities left us feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with our overall experience.

Extremely relaxing surroundings. Owners went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Beautiful gardens and room very comfortable and quite luxurious for the price.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and an electric kettle. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, offering stunning views of the beach. I also appreciated the excellent service from the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities provided here are top-notch.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing family experience! the peace and quiet of the area exceeded our expectations. the beach is just by the resort and we loved the big pool. the living room was really spacious and cozy. the staff was absolutely friendly with great home-cooked meals. We enjoyed the Tai Chi session while watching Avatar. the location is just a 10-minute walk to the town and only a short drive to Pattaya.

The TV channels offered were not the most varied, being from mostly unusual countries.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their ability to speak English. The hotel facilities were great, including a fabulous pool and a peaceful garden with a pond filled with goldfish. The hotel was located just outside the busy centre, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, we were pleased with the reasonably priced and satisfying breakfast.
